To be fair, all environmental risks can be divided into two groups: managed and unmanaged. The latter can be attributed to living in a large industrial metropolis, or a dysfunctional "dirty" region as a whole, which not every young family will decide on a cleaner one. The environmental situation around him is formed not only from the gas content of the nearest highway, but also from what he ate for breakfast, what clothes and shoes he put on himself, how often he wipes dust in his house.

Do you work in the center of a polluted city? Go to nature more often in your free time, use a humidifier and an air ionizer. Do you live surrounded by carpets, downy feather beds, upholstered furniture, curtains and canopies? Reduce their number: lungs, skin and reproductive system will thank you. Planning a repair? Pay attention to the environmental friendliness of building materials.

If possible, use in everyday life natural cleaners - baking soda, lemon juice (silver cleaning, rust removal), vinegar (tile cleaning, glass cleaning), etc.

Choose a hair dye or nail polish only recognized, well-known brands. Buy clothes from natural fibers. Remember that the old refrigerator, mobile phone and even ordinary batteries can not be thrown away, but must be taken to specialized recycling points. IVF and surrogacy as a solution to the problem of environmental infertility

Modern statistics is such that every eighth couple cannot have children. Infertility can be considered a situation where a woman who lives a regular sex life for three years cannot have children. We are still very far from a complete understanding of the process of pregnancy, but we can already help more and more couples who are previously doomed to childless existence.

Surrogacy makes it possible for women to have a child, for whom gestation and childbirth are impossible for various reasons. In surrogate maternity, the genetic material of the couple is used, and the fertilized egg is implanted into another woman who (as a rule, for a fee) bears and gives birth to a child. In Russia, surrogacy is absolutely legal, although it has quite a few opponents.

In any case, if you are faced with the problem of infertility (whatever the cause), you should immediately consult a doctor who should warn the patient, including the presence of "environmental" factors of infertility and the importance of their elimination. Moreover, after the end of the action of eco-factors (cessation of exposure, work in hazardous production, service in “dangerous” places) and the start of treatment of environmental infertility, a pause should be made.

And, of course, it is worth remembering about the possibility of preserving reproductive cells (sperm and eggs) by freezing. For example, before starting chemotherapy or working in a zone of high concentration of adverse environmental factors.
